Nice model. I’ve tried something resembling this a few times with varying success. My learnings would be:
- the grouping is the most important step. There’s a product craft in that, coming up with groups that best represent the model of the user and the product
-totally agree on ‘benefit focussed’. this is also where you switch from idea/solution mode to solution-agnostic problem mode. I often see people fail to recognise the importance of that.
